Privacy notice

This notice explains how Pirinplast AD processes personal data collected through velplastic.eu. We collect data only when you submit a contact form, and we use it only to respond to your inquiry.

Data we collect

Your name, company, email address, country, application area, and the message you write. We also log a hashed IP address (daily salt) and your browser user-agent string for security and capacity planning. The hashed IP cannot be reversed.

Purpose

We use submission data exclusively to respond to your inquiry, to issue samples, technical proposals and compliance files. We do not add you to any marketing list and we do not share your data with any third party.

Retention

Inquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last interaction. Analytics logs are retained for 90 days.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to pirinplast@pirinplast.com. The data controller is Pirinplast AD, Industrial Zone, 2900 Gotse Delchev, Bulgaria.
